1. How do I control whether or not a milestone requires the customer to have an account? 

2. Not all published milestones are showing up on the "milestone summary list" that customers can view by clicking the little widget icon on my home page.

3. What is the purpose of the lock icon on the right side of each of the published milestones in the "milestone summary list" that customers can view? There is no explanation to that and customers will not know either.

3. I would like to have creative access to the "milestone summary list". (I want to change font, colors, text message, etc. to better match the theme)
