CUSTOMIZATIONS

In addition to our free support, we can customize your theme code or implement new features for you. Our hourly rate is $100 USD. The ETA varies depending on the workload and the type of request. In average, it's 10-14 days. Contact us for a quote. We reserve the right to accept or decline the request.

UPDATING THE THEME VERSION

We update our theme regularly to improve the technology, add new features, support a change from Shopify's core, fix bugs and app conflicts. You can update your theme version using the download link you got when you first purchased the theme. Then, follow our process here .

Please note, we reserve the right to withdraw a theme, or to make changes to support Shopify enhancements.

REFUNDS

Shopify doesn't offer theme refunds (read Shopify's terms). We do, We offer a 15-day money-back guarantee. Also, your license is either valid for 1, 3 or 10 stores depending on the license type that you purchased.
